Processing Times

All domestic orders are shipped within 2 business days of your order date from our boutique in Long Beach, California. During sales and other high-traffic periods, it might take us longer. If your order was placed after 12pm PST, turnaround times will start the next business day.

Tracking My Order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information for your package. Please note, tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear after your package has been scanned. 

To check the status of your order, log into your account and select the order number you’d like to track, then click the tracking link that appears at the top of the page.

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, but please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On rare occasions, packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Oversized Shipping

For some larger and heavier items, you will incur an Oversized Shipping Fee to ensure your items are protected during shipment and your shipping charges are covered. This fee ranges between $20-$40 for locations within the continental United States, and $50 for international locations.

Duties & Taxes

All international packages may be subject to additional duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any additional fees that may incur with international packages. Please check your local customs website for more information.

Drop Shipping

In order to offer a larger selection of brands, some styles are offered as “Online Only” and shipped directly from the brand. These items will not be available in-store, and are subject to their own turnarounds and policies. Please keep in mind some brands are smaller than others and may have limited resources.

Prism Package Protection

By selecting Package Protection at checkout and paying an additional fee, your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. In the event that your order never arrives, or is broken or damaged upon arrival, you can easily reach out to our team and receive a replacement order or be reimbursed via store credit.

Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received must be made 3 days after delivery confirmation date to ensure it was not mis-delivered or found around the premises, but no longer than 15 days. Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received are only eligible for a replacement order or store credit. For international orders, you will be responsible for the charges to ship your replacement.  

Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from order date. Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") are eligible for a replacement order or reimbursement or your original order costs, not including shipping charges.

Package protection is non-refundable.

Lost & Stolen Packages

If you have not purchased Prism Package Protection for your order, we cannot be held responsible for lost and stolen packages, and will not refund or replace your order. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier.
